Circle Face paid a visit last week and we took a day trip to Coney Island which I believe was both our first times rolling through. All walks of (scary) life are ever present and yet the whole family can have a blast without much trouble. We went to a really bad sideshow where the environment was making me feel horrible more so than the freakish acts taking place on stage.
Walking along the pier I couldn’t help but think about the history of the park and the years of life it has seen. I remember a few years back a scare that it was to be shut down, and I am glad to see it didn’t. To lose a historical site like that would be such a foolish thing to do and we know New York has lost some major historical sites in the past.
