Lake Side Walk
This was taken while walking around the gorgeous lake during our stay at The Antlers Inn. The “magic hour” really does make everything so pretty.
Train Bulletin
This train schedule is an original dating most likely dating from the 20s into the 30s. The Antlers Inn in Kingsland Texas is now the owner of this amazing piece of American History and it sits in their lobby behind the front desk. The great thing about this piece is the remaining chalk from the last time anyone wrote on it. Hard to read, the writing states the last train in the depot before the depot closed down for good. If I remember correctly, the date is from 1935.
The Portrait Group Exhibition

This opened just after I left Austin, but heard many great things about the opening. I am very proud of a good friend that was featured in the show, Amanda Gorence.
There are a ton of great portraits in the gallery, with all of the photographers from hailing Texas. The work will be up through August 14th at L. Nowlins Gallery.
Took take a look at the amazing work, you must learn.
