Win Win can finally be announced after all these months of holding back. Win Win has signed with Vice Records and I can tell you that the album is super far out.
Win Win is made up of fellow Fully Fitted members XXXchange, Devlin, and Ghostdad. The album will feature Alexis from Hot Chip, Andrew WK, Spank Rock, Blaqstarr, + Lizzie from Gang Gang Dance which you get the added bonus of downloading the first single featuring said GGD singer!
So proud of the homies and I can’t wait for everyone to get up on this. You can expect the album to be out in January with singles leading up to it as well as a super secret mix dvd in the works.

The song is from Mr. Scruff’s 1999 album, Keep It Unreal. Really great deep midtempo tune that works well in a lot of situations.

Fully Fitted’s newest mystery man Hong Kong Dragon has finished another great mix. The mix was done for NY’s Daily Session and it features real deal tunes that make me wish I smoked weed or knew how to induce hallucinations.
The video above features a new HDK remix of a Dent May tune, which I just learned will be playing the Animal Collective curated All Tomorrow’s Parties in May of 2011.

Big Boi’s Shutterbug is one of my favorite tunes from 2010 hands down and I definitely am pleased with the Dancehall flavor we gave it on this one. The Hold Yuh Riddim definitely crossed so many playlists this year and it fit perfectly.

Here is a new re edit I finished yesterday. This is from Dave Sitek’s Maximum Balloon project that has an amazing list of indie mega stars doing guest appearances. This track features Talking Heads frontman David Byrne and it sounds way more Byrne than Sitek.

Fellow Fully Fitted member, HONGKONGDRAGON hipped me to this tune on his new mixtape of pure magical punk / garage rock greatness, Live at Home Vol 30.
I heard the song and just couldn’t get over how amazing it was. It reminds me a ton of The Seeds “Can’t Seem To Make You Mine” because of its unintentional raw soul. I am now on the hunt for the 45, so if any of you have a lead, shout at me.

The newest edition of our Live At Home series comes from the mysterious HONGKONGDRAGON. I have never met the guy, but some say he feeds on worms & grackle blood during the Summer days.
Whoever he is, he sure does have an amazing sense of knowing what I like, and this mix could not be a better fuck you to DJs right now. I just wanna go bombing and take peyote while listening to this.
