David Chang of Momofuku fame has a quarterly journal covering mouth watering delicacies that make you want to quit your job and become a food critic. As with the Momofuku book, Lucky Peach is taking an artistic angle to our thoughts and views on the food world with great photography, essays, and of course recipes.

Though the idea has been around for some time, I am happy to see another upstart with the words “Kimchi” and “Taco” in their business model.
Kimchi Taco (@kimchitruck) will be the newest addition in New York’s food on the go businesses. Owner and operator Youngsun Lee has worked at both Momofuku and Annisa, so that says what quality to expect from this moving feast.
The slated date of launch is January 17th, so keep an eye out for them as they make their way to your hood.
